Our Services

At SUB Catering and Conferences, we pride ourselves on offering event spaces and services for the best quality experience while supporting our students. All monies spent in the SUB go back to the UVSS to provide valuable services to students!

We are a one-stop shop – from event planning, to providing catering, room set-ups, décor, AV and event staff/AV support. No need to contact 5 different companies to organize one event! If you need assistance or have a question at any point before or during your event, for anything big or small, don’t hesitate to give us a call! Our staff are always nearby and ready to give you a hand.

Catering

Try our full catering service from our full kitchen service and professional servers. We prepare all of our meal and drink options on site, ready and on-time for your event. Check our full list of available menu options.

Setup

Let our staff help efficiently set up for your event ensuring perfect service while we make take down look like a snap. All furniture is included in your room rental. We also provide linens, and a variety of decorations and set pieces to make your event feel extra special.

Audio/Visual

Talk to us about all your equipment needs to ensure you have a perfect presentation and we’ll deliver. We have A/V and other electronic equipment available for use, and staff to assist with setup and operation whenever needed.

Dry Grad

Throw the best Grad Night party ever!  The UVSS and Student Union Building are a one stop shop for your big event providing the venue, catering, set-up, decor, AV and staff support.  With 15+ years hosting dry grads we make it easy and affordable to host an amazing event for your students.
